Sub-₹1 Cr in metro-walk Kharghar is a closing window — verified two-year price drift on similar inventory: ~7%/year.
7. Paradise Sai World Empire — The Premium 4 BHK Pick

Sub-₹70 L 1 BHKs in Kharghar are the highest-yield format right now. 2-3 year hold to delivery + ~₹22K–₹28K monthly rent makes the math work without depending on capital appreciation alone.
